Account Manager

CIMSOFT CORP.  is looking for an experienced Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in industrial automation or a combination of work experience and relevant knowledge that promotes business development in the automation sector and among industrial clients.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills to develop relationships with customers and partners. They should have a good knowledge of the industrial/OEM market (Quebec and Maritimes region) and knowledge of industrial automation solutions and software. The candidate should have an interest and aptitude for learning new technology related to the field, customer service, dynamism, and initiative.  

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners. 
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial automation, cybersecurity, SaaS, and AI sectors. 
• Promote technical support to customers and partners. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of industrial automation. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs. 
• Sell training and support services to customers in the industrial automation sector. 

Qualifications: 

• Degree in industrial automation or a combination of work experience and relevant knowledge. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Good knowledge of the industrial/OEM market (Quebec and Maritimes region). 
• Knowledge of industrial automation solutions and software. 
• Interest and aptitude for learning new technology related to the field. 
• Strong interest and aptitude for customer service. 
• Dynamism and initiative. 
• French and English are mandatory for both spoken and written communication
