CIMSOFT, Eastern Canada’s exclusive partner for AVEVA’s complete software solutions, is seeking an experienced Vice President – Technical Services to lead and optimize our technical operations. Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for all technical services, including:
- Sales support: supporting sales teams with appropriate technical solutions
- Technical support: ensuring high-quality service for our customers
- Training, consulting and other services: developing and supervising the services offered to our customers and partners
- Systems integrator partner management: maintaining strategic and productive relationships with our key partners and supporting their technical development
You will play a central role in the development and execution of our technical strategy, while fostering an environment of collaboration and performance within the team.
Main responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the technical team, ensuring that quality and customer satisfaction objectives are met
- Develop processes to improve the efficiency of all services offered
- Work closely with sales teams to align technical solutions with customer needs
- Develop CIMSOFT’s service offering to meet growing customer needs and support the expanding portfolio of software solutions offered
- Ensure regular and proactive communication with system integrators and other partners, strengthening partnership relationships
- Act as technical reference point for strategic projects and important decisions
- Train, coach and motivate team members to foster their professional development
Profile required
- Experience: 5-10 years or more in a technical management role or similar position, ideally in a B2B environment
- Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize
- Communication: ability to popularize complex technical concepts and collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Technical expertise: solid knowledge of technologies and services relevant to CIMSOFT’s industry
- Customer focus: ability to understand customer needs and respond with appropriate solutions
